-great communication between teachers/admin/staff -always asks for your availability prior to scheduling students -efficient process in documenting hours, scheduling, and always paid on time -it's a tutoring place, so most likely you won't ever be full-time or receive benefits. with that in mind, compared to the other tutoring places, this place has many perks, coffee/tea/snacks all teh time in the teacher's lounge and it changes weekly. admin/students are great. of course there are bad students, but that has nothing to do with MasterPrep.

-No AC in half the classrooms and since the building is facing the freeway, it gets hot but this isn't their fault, just the location of the business -not much supplies.
