Multiple employees experienced approved FMLA leave later being questioned or having vacation time deducted. Employees who used protected leave were pulled into meetings, warned about attendance, or made to feel targeted. There is a culture of intimidation rather than support, and concerns raised (including safety incidents and inappropriate language) were not handled consistently or transparently.
