One of the biggest pros of an internship at MATAURO is the freedom to make what you want of the experience. The old saying "you get out what you put in" is very applicable to this internship because from your first to last day, interns are given the independence to work on projects and define their schedule. Should have had more collaborative projects for the intern team, as opposed to separated assignments.

-time management - studying for series exams and working hard at work -door is always open to learn, ask questions -experienced upper management -goal oriented - if you hit/surpass daily goals consistently you will succeed under this management

-tough for longer commutes because if you want to do well its not the typical 9-5 job (if you plan on studying for series exams while working with a long commute don't expect to get much sleep) -cold calling
