Worst toxic environment. No strategy. High turnover. The London office is a nightmare: you're not allowed to talk, smoke, take breaks or do your job properly. The whole atmosphere of the London office is based on the mood of a toxic manager. The company's strategy will change every day (when not hours) depending on where the wind blows.
