When they started it was great, they made food you can be proud to sell. The management was exciting and fun to work with. Money is good if you are persistent and consistent. If you can get on management's good side they will back you up on any situation with bad customers.

Micromanagement is overwhelming and they hire servers that can't even handle a two table section. The food is unbelievably bad everything on their menu is rolled out of the cheapest ingredients on Sysco. They can tell you all they want about things being homemade but you're eating jarred applesauce and jelly filling that goes in their "homemade pop tarts". They hire off the street and end up firing a lot of people because they don't take their time to hire good workers. For the whole year I worked with them I saw too many servers and bartenders come to work high or drunk. I saw many people get promoted and demoted too.
