Awful - Recensione dipendente - Bartender presso Matchbox Restaurants

Management was awful. Sexist, lazy, unprofessional liars. No systems in place to support staff. It was like drowning every day for the entire shift with zero support staff and there was no tip out from servers to the bar. They stole the service bar system from GAR, which didn't work here and ended up screwing the bar staff if there was no assigned service bartender that was considered a BOH employee (which is how they got their tip out, it never went to the bar.)
