Always on a budget cut and/or hiring freeze. Means people leaving and no replacements for several months so those left behind are holding the extra stick for a while. This could mean negative impact on annual bonus too. Lots of office politics, especially between departments (Ops against Engineeirng and everyone against Maintenance). This is a new plant site and one would hope that these office politics will die down as everyone becomes more accustomed to their roles. Departmental and role transparency can be improved to alleviate this.
