MathWorks has great work-life balance, the work is really interesting, colleagues are awesome, and rational workplace for the most part.

Svantaggi

Turnover is senior management has been very disruptive and confusing. I wish there was more clarity about direction from the top rather than just worries about staffing different layers of management. We all just want to get back to work. There is a big issue with the companies DEI initiatives (or lack of them).
