Learned a lot about communication with other staff members and how to handle different types of situations. Get introduce to many different fields because of the exposure working with different companies promoting STEM to children and young adults.

It is difficult at times to handle the younger children but those situations are rare.

The owner, Kumar, is passionate about sharing STEM knowledge and will give you as much responsibility as you are willing to take on at any given time. I really enjoyed working with kids k-12th grade, and truly feel like I made and impact on their lives.

A challenge of working here is keeping up with all the student's projects; you've always got to stay one step ahead of them, even if you're working with 30+ students in a day, which happens frequently in summer camps. Another challenge is working with kids of all different personality types, and their parents.
