Clearly no idea how to run a business, it's like a cult with the deluded senior leadership team who fail to actually lead. Hire new staff, get the work and then randomly fire half the company. AVOID.
You only need read the canned responses to reviews on here to see what they're like - 'poor economy/having to make changes' maybe consider that when you're hiring shed loads of new staff a couple of months before firing them.
