Vantaggi

Great team to work with ( before we were all laid off)

Svantaggi

This company has no organization whatsoever. They hired lots of people last year (permanent and full-time) and then laid off entire teams after the project was done. The laid-off process was awful, I felt treated like a jumper not needed anymore. I was disconnected from all channels one second after the meeting without the opportunity to say bye to colleagues or check my emails. Don't bother working for them as I don't think this company has a stable plan for the future or knows how to appreciate hard-working employees.

We are very sorry you feel this way, although we are glad you valued the team you worked with, thank you for your honest feedback. Employment laws are always followed carefully when handling dismissals. We understand how difficult it is to be let go of a job and hope you are starting to move forwards towards your next career step. In this challenging economic climate the Company has had to adapt and pivot but we have a strong team and have prioritised defining our plan going forward and sharing this with our employees so we can all work towards the same vision for the future. We will continue to seek feedback from our employees and act on it to ensure Maths - No Problem! continues to be a great place to work.

Vantaggi

None! They did have a HR rep ... but fired them!

Svantaggi

Clearly no idea how to run a business, it's like a cult with the deluded senior leadership team who fail to actually lead. Hire new staff, get the work and then randomly fire half the company. AVOID. You only need read the canned responses to reviews on here to see what they're like - 'poor economy/having to make changes' maybe consider that when you're hiring shed loads of new staff a couple of months before firing them.
