      Great people, decent pay, remote work.

      Poor management and leadership. What used to be a great culture and employee friendly environment, has now turned into unrealistic metrics driven atmosphere. Managers make bonus on the front end numbers (subs and client subs), which takes the focus away from the true goal, that is to place candidates with the clients.

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
