Please do not join. If you are young do not join and if you are old do not join. This company was lackluster from the start and I've been very successful despite the railroad blocks I've faced. There are 0 reasons to believe that this company will be around in a couple of months. Required to work extra hours with no overtime pay. Upper management is racist and sexist, often working with managers who explicitly discriminate against race and gender. Company meetings tend to be long and provide no real substance or value. New employees are employed on a hire and fire basis providing them only 3-4 months for successful completion of a program while management sucks all their money. I've been working here for quite a while now and have finally decided to leave after new management came down here in Charlotte. Best of luck to my co workers as this ship will be sinking soon. PS, if you are a new college grad, RUN.
