Disorganized, Shady, Poor Leadership - Recensione dipendente - HR Administrator presso Matlen Silver

They hired me and then barely had any work for me to do - first red flag. My supervisor did her best I think, but she basically had to beg for the HR department to be allowed to function. Other management did not like her and essentially pushed out the whole HR department when a new SVP was hired. I was laid off exactly a year after starting. The rest of the department (3 people) quit the next week. They "eliminated" my position so the new SVP over Finance/HR could pick who she wanted. The CEO, Jimmy, must not have had enough to do because he would message me all the time to nit pick random things and was very rude. This company is super shady and disorganized.
