Very high targets, because of which you will hardly be able to reach them and hardly make incentives over the salary. Don't expect any training. It is just a 1 day training, and you are left alone in the market to fight on your own. TL's avoid to go out for SIM card deliveries, hence, you as a new/fresh joinee might have to keep running all across Mumbai,Navi Mumbai,South Bombay etc. just delivering your seniors stuff. And at the end of the day they ask you that why was the target for the day not achieved. Very high attrition level, people hardly stay back after 3 months. Daily late office hours, extends a lot. You will be gvn TAB's but no TAB cover. If even a single scratch comes, then you have to bear cost of entire screen, or buy a TAB cover by yourself to be on the safer side. No internal bonding, employees are not allowed to interact in office at all, hence company is missing out on important feedbacks that might be of a help to employees and the company by large. Initial days, you will feel like a pizza delivery person. Be ready for it if you're a new joinee here. ONLY WORK...NO FAMILY TIME AT ALL. MIGHT HV TO WORK ON SUNDAYS BCOZ OF TARGET PRESSURE.
