1yThank you for taking the time to complete a review and thank you for your service to the military families and Matrix mission. Benefit packages and their costs are always challenging to manage because we must remain competitive to win and keep contracts but also provide employee needs. Bereavement leave of three paid days is standard for this industry and holidays are not just driven by the company but also by the contract requirements. It sounds like we need to do a better job of letting employees know that all policies, etc. they sign off on in ADP are located under the employee documents section, so they are always available.
