We understand your concerns regarding PTO accrual and appreciate your perspective on returning to traditional accrual methods. We are continually reviewing our policies to balance operational needs with employee satisfaction, and staying in compliance with the SCA regulations. The SCA regulations require us to provide a dump of PTO on the SCA anniversary date. They do not allow accumulative PTO to occur.
