Executive leadership team who has no clue how to be successful. The company is still in business for a few reasons: 1) The former CEO lied to banks to get more money, 2) the CFO and a couple board members are using their own money to stay a float. 3) Pure luck. Office in Lowell, they just stopped paying rent after they terminated all the employees (bank still calls me). Office in Columbus went roughly five months without paying rent (survived only because of change in property management... again, they still call me asking for money) and the Miamisburg location probably has the same concerns.
