The team is fully of great people country wide, there is a reason why so many of the employees have been there for 20+ years! Matrix has some of the best benefits! And not just health benefits (those are amazing too) but yearly Christmas parties (fully paid for), monthly in office events, special lunches etc. They understand the need for work life balance and as long as you get your work done they are forgiving for the need of extra days off to manage life.

There are some members of the 'management' team who are very unprofessional and have not been trained on how to manage a team, making it hard to work for them, this is unfortunate as the owners themselves are great. Roles within the company are not defined so it is hard to get solutions to problems as you are never sure of who you is in charge of that specific task or role, this leads to a lot of blame going around.

Since this review we have had lots of updates within the company including a company wide townhall meeting that included defining senior management roles and their responsibilities. Like a fine wine that gets better with age, so too will Matrix in finding ways to innovate and improve, even after 25+ years in business. Thank you for the review.
