Fake people. People will talk one way when speaking to the matsons or in meetings then turn around and say the exact opposite when away. Trust/ faith in the ceo/owner of the company he felt every strongly about a certain training then a second latter he decide that we need to leave said training when he was the one making us go in the first place. Optional doesn’t mean optional, if they say it’s optional you better be there. There is no hr, and that is something that in consistently joked about. There is a paper or document that is called new hire hazing. There are bullies running rapid. A buzzer was brought in and used every time a certain person talked. Reported harassment goes ignored. Even after reporting the harassment several times by multiple different people. There is horrible and undocumented feed back that would leave you losing your bonus or not getting the raise. If your a female and not a matson except not to be listened to and male counter parts to get credit for your work. Lack of professionalism The constant of promoting people that are not qualified for the job
