You get a week of sick time, 1 week of PTO for year 1 and 2 weeks after year 2. Over worked and lots of call outs, extremely high turnovers which does lead to good employees leaving and replacing them with desperate hires. The worst work/life balance you could expect they promise you not to be working a lot but will burn you into the ground. Average tenure seems to be less than 6 months.
