      Can be a great place to work, costumers are fun to interact with! Work and life balance is good 👍

      Pay is not competitive, your raises are literally cents on the dollar. You can find better discounts online if you wait for the right time over the employee 40% discount. They push hard for credit cards but don’t reward employees for meeting sales and credit card goals. It’s discouraging. There is not incentive to stay.
