Everyone here is on a mission to not just grow the company from a small startup to a big player, but also to better the world of marketing automation. You can feel the energy in the office. Culture is hard working and focused. The CEO is hands on, and all leadership is transparent and open. For sales, there's lots of market opportunity as we find our footing in the martech space. Customer churn is low, which is always a great thing with newer SaaS products.

Svantaggi

As a startup, we're figuring some things out. Some processes may not exist yet, the product might not be perfect, but we're learning. The office location isn't ideal, and we don't have all those "perks" of other "startups" (i.e., ping pong tables and beer).

I was stoked to come on board to Mautic in 2016. It was great working in a young startup and building a team.

Svantaggi

Being in Medford, it was hard to draw in experiences talent. This caused some headaches when building the product to the scale we wanted.
