A Long list: No working environment. no one has any views on what they are working. Complete family business. No employee engagement programs. HR have no idea what is their work Lack working culture. Average life of employee is max 3-4 month. Either company fires them in short time or people leave because managers are so bad. Anyone can write still more but let it be.. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.
