Underminds all decisions made by management making everything more or less a joke to the employees. Bad attitude from the top excudes throughout the entire company. Only way to get ahead in company is by being two faced, a back stabber, and tattletale. Uses outdated methods and knowledge to train, motivate, sell, and advertise.
