Let's not talk about what has been mentioned umpteenth times here that are packed with the other negative reviews because this has been a perennial issue and my addition here will not make a dent on the mass amounts of complaints on them. Management who does not even know or care what is going on on the ground. Company does not care about their staff. What they care is just profit and increasing value for their pockets. The entire business seems to be operating on a survival mode, plugging gaps here and there without any concrete or immediate solutions. Place is run by favouritism. To stay long, one must "curry favour". There is politics. Those with potential and can do the job are not recognised, unless they are already liked. Management protects those who are in favoured group, even if they are not good workers. Too many to share more. Just read the other reviews. If you ever have the misfortune to be tricked into joining this company, you'll probably experience most of what has been shared by the others.
