There's not much structure around what to work on, which can be a plus for some (autonomy), but difficult for others who are used to having more concrete specific goals they need to achieve to get to the next level.

You have a lot of impact on the company, and the team is very young.

The company is growing organically so that was intense during covid, but from what I can tell they came out of it really well!
