Not much to complain. Everything was great

worked for 3 years, it used to be a great work place, great benefits, great colleagues

management changed and they brought it worst team members and it changed everything to a toxic environment. Blame game in the name of accountability, dont have a clear direction but survive just by impressing higher leaders in the chain
