I was paid fairly for my title and work. The people are nice for the most part and the hours are flexible. However there are no benefits.

In my opinion, there is very little direct communication at this company. It appeared that there was some gossiping and talking about current and past employees behind their backs instead of facing problems head on. This is also one of the most disorganized companies I have ever worked for. I received no training, no communication, and no feedback. I was not taught the processes of the company and honestly I don't even know if management knew the processes.
