I made the mistake of enrolling in the ORACLE HCM JOB SUPPORT program offered by MaxMunus, expecting professional assistance and support. Instead, what I received was a masterclass in incompetence and disregard for paying customers.
Despite shelling out my hard-earned money, the support team at MaxMunus treated me with disdain, ignoring my pleas for assistance regarding the promised job support. My attempts to communicate via email and phone calls were met with silence, as if my concerns were nothing more than an inconvenience to be ignored.
Juhi and Moudeepa, supposedly part of the support team, demonstrated a remarkable talent for dodging responsibility and displaying utter apathy towards customer satisfaction. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is simply appalling.
After enduring such a disgraceful level of service, I had no choice but to demand a refund of the exorbitant amount I paid. Yet, even this basic request was met with the same indifference and neglect that has become synonymous with MaxMunus.
If you're considering doing business with MaxMunus, I implore you to think twice. Their track record of incompetence and disrespect towards customers makes them a company to be avoided at all costs.
In light of their abysmal performance, I will not rest until my grievances are addressed. Legal action and public exposure of MaxMunus' shameful practices are just the beginning.
Consider yourself warned: steer clear of MaxMunus unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and treated like dirt.
