"Salary is on time" is a basic assurance from the company's Human Resources (HR) department that the employees will receive their salaries on the designated payment dates without delay. This is an essential aspect of any employment contract as it ensures financial stability for the employees and their dependents. I do not consider this is a pro this is basic expectation. But the HR boasts it .

You can Regularise your attendance only twice a month not more if you missed again pay cut. 6. If working from home apply leave get it approved. 7. Hr will say you can work from home if no direct collaboration is required depends on the team, manager will say management is not very ok. If yes then again tedious process of approval. 8. Hr will ask you improvement points you can say whatever you want they only one answer is Policy. 9. Modern Slavery can be observed where Empathy is Zero. 10. Once you enter the office again you have to swipe in and out your access card which is compulsory else again pay cut. 11. Hiring all the new employees on fake promise of Hybrid but actually this is Work from Office Period. 12. They boast a lot that we are product based company but the mind set is missing. 13. It seems the HR team works to keep bosses Happy. 14. The India head will call everybody and begin story telling about how people are happy in a village so you don't ask for increment. 15. Then the head will say that our beloved CEO visited our office and he was sad that he cannot see happy faces....dude it's because in current IT times people are more prone to flexible working conditions rather than conservative and archaic thought process . 16. Sometimes it feels like its a modern slavery with a lot of fake promises and not considering what en employee actually wants..good chairs atleast good quality of coffee mugs....the mugs at tea stalls are better than at the cafe of the company. Snacks is very limited choice and kept very rustic way ...like be happy we are giving you. 17. Medical Insurance cost is also added in the package and if you say that you have your own you do not require.... still you have to pay. 18. Compensation is not upto the market standards it like if you work for 40 you get 30 . 19. All big words they use you grow we grow useless words are they....first give me a free culture many are on the same boat but we got our bills to pay but days are near when good resource will leave. 20. And Please stop boasting like we are product based...because the culture a product based company gives is free not oppression one.
