It is an eye opener to see how employees interact, how products develop, how fundings are invested and how the company becomes more valuable over time. The company is also pretty transparent on a lot of the things that happens around if you know how to navigate the system. Only thing being a secret are discussions about future direction, which are controlled by the few.

This resulted in a culture of stealing jobs and gate-keeping to keep colleagues from being too successful.
