Having worked in other recruitment environments previously I can honestly say that working at Maxfield Search is a breath of fresh air! This is a company with a vision for growth, not only as a business but for their staff as well. The focus is on providing a truly autonomous working environment, where consultants are able to build their desks without the undue pressure of KPI’s or micro-management. With investment in the latest recruitment technology, including AI sourcing software, the life of a consultant here is very different! Rather than spend their days trawling job boards searching for CV’s they are able to concentrate on building strong relationships and providing a consultative service to clients and candidates alike. In the time that I’ve been here I’ve seen the company go from strength to strength, down to our amazing consultants and the consistent support and training provided – the only way is up!

None that I can think of, the collaborative environment here means that any ideas or concerns are acted upon very quickly.

- Not KPI-driven but performance based on success ratio allows for consultants to do their job properly without worrying about internal pressure from management. RARE in recruitment agencies. - Great and ongoing training opportunities. - Teamwork encouraged; no client/candidate hoarding. - Constant interaction with senior management regarding any issues faced. - Up-to-date software makes the job doable and success easier to obtain. - Friendly, non-"laddish" work atmosphere makes it an easy place to fit in.

- Not suitable for those casually working in recruitment as "something to do".
