No direction from mamanement about the company's objectives. They fire people from one day to another without explanation, In my 3 years there, I saw really good people get fired only beacause management didn't liked them or had a different point of view or different strategy.
They lie to partners about where products are reallycoming from.
Salary is a joke, they pay people really bellow salary gap and expect to overperform and work 6 times a week or more.
Management is poor and ineffective.
