I started with Maximo Nivel in 2019 as an English Teacher in Cusco, Peru with my then Girlfriend. We gained a lot of experience and enjoyed our time there. With the start of the pandemic we had to return home. During the pandemic we did not have any source of income, and Maximo Nivel came back to us to offer jobs teaching Online. This helped to to start again after almost a year of not having an income. Working Online enabled us to save up money to move abroad again to start a new adventure. After 1 year back with Maximo I approached management to ask for more opportunities. I was offered the positions of doing copywriting work in addition to teaching to earn extra income, as well as a 70% raise. My girlfriend and I got married since we could afford to save up some money. We paid for university and got our degrees. About a year ago I was offered another position as a Program Advisor. The position is based in San Jose, Costa Rica, but I have made a life in Buenos Aires Argentina. After discussing it with management they decided to offer me the position as a remote job thanks to the time I have put in with the company. The new job has enabled me to start a family, with my first child coming in May 2025. When I say Maximo Nivel changed my life I am not exaggerating.

At Maximo Nivel, we work hard. It might not be the worst disadvantage, but it's not a place for someone looking to get an easy paycheck.
