Unorganized. Managers play favorites. Bonuses are a joke. Inflexible schedules, part time positions are akward hours and it's hard to work with school schedule. It's very difficult to get time off. Vacation has to be earned with every paycheck and you can't request a week off for vacation unless you already have the time, it's very difficult to do.
