This is an old review, but I wanted to respond anyway. A lot of things have changed… although some of your claims are far off the mark. Specifically, I would like to address your complaint about overcharging clients. Maxwell IT delivers the highest possible standard of IT services to all our clients. Sometimes this means recommending that they upgrade their service plan, technology or both. But, it has never been the policy of this company to deliver sub-standard services to clients or to inflate pricing.
