Favouritism: people close to the owners will benefit from being promoted before others who proved to work harder very explicitly People sudenly dismissed for supposedly bad behaviours non of the rest of the staff ever witnessed Pressure from the management on those members of staff who show support in any way to the affected ones Christmas bonuses withdrawn "last minute" Eventual issues with providers due to late payments with impact on the job Long working hours

The employees doing the work are super talented, friendly and fun to be around. You could not ask for a better team of creatives.

The leadership is lacking and there is no clear definition of roles and responsibilities. There is no life/work balance and the vacation days are lacking. Working from 9am to 9pm is a very common occurrence and seems to happen every day of the week. The late nights seem expected and not appreciated by leadership.
