      Very sad company culture. Hard to find one person who is happy there There is no defined sales process , nothing in the way of lead generation or marketing . Bonus structure is terrible. Large flies in main office

      Weak, inexperienced and ineffective leadership. Management uses intimidation and disrespect to keep subordinates in their places. The wrong and unqualified people get promoted. No chance for advancement unless you sell your soul.
