Open office concept is great for collaboration, but can be distracting and a bit noisy, confidentiality is difficult at times. Company is in transition and some programs and systems need updating as they do not suit current needs

- Company's lack of construction knowledge results in them losing those jobs sometimes,it looks like they have never built a house before - Extremly HIGH turnover rates, around 70 percent of people leave within a year - poor upper and construction management team - very unloyal to clients and employees - office politics and over all a toxic place to work at
