My experience - Recensione dipendente - Group Leader presso McCain Foods

No work life balance. Expected to work round the clock. Cancelled vacations last minute and ended up losing the time on several occasions. Would call even if were on vacation. Direct boss was a nightmare and would badmouth senior leadership and tell details of discussions that just created fear and distrust amongst team. Like this senior VP doesn’t like this person so wish they would quit as makes my job harder etc. Direct boss made it toxic so after more than decade decided to find place where it was decent working environment
