Takes a long time to get things done

It’s like a family. The management cares about the employees. They are big with work life balance. Good money to made. Keep in mind people don’t leave because of the company they leave because of the management.

They make dumb rules every week and enforce them half way then the rule completely goes away. No consequences for bad employees making things harder in good employee. They spend a good amount of time training field workers but give no time and training to office staff and continually pours more and more on office staff. Also never any kind of praise or rewards.
