This can organize and prepare the operations team and craft workers to be very productive in the execution, and have a robust quality program that reduces re-work, compared to the competition. Very good benefits, most staff members that have been here for a bit are here to work together and get the project built.

McCarthy has a lot of meetings, from what I've been told by new hires, way more than competitor GC's. At a certain point, this becomes counterproductive, as weeks become longer, focus wanes, and team members begin to pay less attention during meetings and communicating with each other.
