The company has fun people to work with and offers 17 days vacation in your first year. They are family owned so remain family oriented and will be flexible and understanding if emergencies arise. There is plenty of room to grow and you are always learning new skills. It is a good company to work for and I recommend it to anyone looking to get their foot in the door in the IT world.

I cannot think of any cons.

Benefits package was very good and inexpensive to the employee's to buy into. Paid time off was given almost 100% of the time, unless the company was very busy or an important visitor was coming in.

Stressful workload for all employees. Overall low morale everyday. There was no communication from the management to the employees. There were a lot of promises made for advancement to people by a certain date, but were never came to exist.
