-No communication from the Pillar lead to the Senior Management. Employees are not aware of some things that should be mentioned during onboarding or offboarding. -Lots of favoritism when it comes to promotion, processes and etc. -Doughnut Thieves -They will give many promises about your career advancement but turns out to be JUST WORDS to keep their employees from resigning. -They would offer skip level meetings with Higher management people but your pillar lead will be present to witness or hear everything. Thus, the discussion will still be filtered or questions to be asked must be checked beforehand by the lead. -Slow resolutions for escalations even with enough proof to terminate an employee. -They do not terminate or discipline employees who were clearly the reason of the downfall of one's pillar but rather move them to other department or WORST, promote them. -Requires certification for processes but still pass new hires for Regularization. -Some managers do not deserve their pay and title for not knowing the processes of their pillar. -Managers are credit grabbers. The Higher management will always praise or notice the pillar lead without acknowledging or knowing the true employee/s who worked hard behind the success. -No budget for Christmas Parties, Year End Parties and etc. -They do not value their employees like they thought they do. -Core values' well-being, integrity, commitment, Go Beyond and One Team are hoax. Management does not practice those things. They implement values without knowing what they are. -They have KPI for each employees and feedback but no way to evaluate their managers or leads as well yearly. -Manipulating the minds of new hires for additional job that does not fit their JD without proper acknowledgment or pay. -No Smoking Area to release stress or to relax. -Office Layout is awful. You can hear several noises from different department. No privacy. -No First Aid Kits for precaution. -Good rate for allowances but Taxable. -No additional perks like gym or sleeping area. As we operate 24/7, sleeping areas or rooms are a must have for overworked and unappreciated employees. -Favoritism here and there. If you are not a favorite, do not expect something good to happen. -Sick Leaves are not convertible to cash. -Big Disappointment and a waste of time for good employees unless you are a favorite.
