Amazing office staff, very friendly and helpful.

No cons for me working here.

I gained a lot of expertise in building a large labor pool in a very short time. At first I felt like I was part of a real team and had the mentor I was looking for in the CEO. Pay was decent.

Directions were vague at best. Expected to do things that I had no control over. I was given employees that caused problems with our contractor that I did not hire nor did I want there. I was held responsible for theiir actions. I was not allowed to hire any employees yet was fired for not hiring enough employees to properly staff the job. Secret meetings about me that were power plays to take my job. I saw that coming but could not fire the insubordinate employees who were causing problems.Had multiple accusations thrown at me as reason for termination from not hiring all the way to sexual harassment. Overall experience was really traumatic.
