Svantaggi
Where do I even begin with this company? Let's start with the colossal disaster that is their "Second Office IDEA." It's the peak of deception. They hire you as a full-time employee, only to reveal later that you're just a disposable cog in their contract machine. If a client's project ends or gets canceled, you're out on the streets faster than you can say "unfair dismissal." And they have the nerve to claim it's due to performance issues! Spare me the insults. The reality is, the entire team, including the CTO, performs below par, yet they single out individuals, blaming them for incompetence. I've seen interns, eager to learn, get fired before they even understand the basics. It's demoralizing and utterly senseless. Some team members act like bosses to interns, which is not right. And don't get me started on the mythical CTO, who probably couldn't pick me out of a lineup, let alone review my work. Their reasons for firing people are as flimsy as tissue paper, barely holding up under scrutiny. Then there's the mess known as "Product Redrob." Sure, the concept might have some merit, but the execution is a disaster. The choice of tech stack is baffling, and the so-called developers seem clueless about what they're doing. Mention a bug in the code, and you'll get dismissive shrugs claiming it "worked before." The cherry on top? Using MongoDB for transactions needing ACID properties. It's a joke, and not a funny one. And let's not forget their misuse of TypeScript, treating it like glorified JavaScript while punishing employees for not following their twisted configurations. Enable TypeScript properly, and suddenly you're drowning in a sea of errors. It's incompetence at its finest. As for the company culture, it's a cesspool of sycophancy and forced laughter. If you're good at nodding along to dumb questions and faking laughs at their cringe-worthy jokes, congratulations, you're a perfect fit.
