If you enjoy long hours, too many tasks to complete in an 8 hour day and lack of annual reviews/raises, you’ve come to the right place.

Poor management, focus on profits not procedures. Upper management is out of touch with day to day operations and do not respond to any questions, even if only they have the answer. No follow through, leave you hanging for months until issue surfaces. Not proactive, reactive. Horrible communication, the worse I have ever worked for in my 40+ years of working.
