If you haven't noticed, the majority of negative reviews are extensive and lengthy, whereas the positive reviews are short and sweet. Fishy, right? I, too, disregarded the negative reviews and gave this place a chance. DON'T make my mistake, the compensation package is NOT worth it. This is the most hostile corporate environment I have experienced--and I have worked for 5 different firms. Team members would sit alone at lunch in fear and avoid each other at all costs--unless they had to interact for meetings. I did not gain any meaningful skills whatsoever (see others' reviews about the outdated technology and processes). I could go on and on, but in summary, I regret being optimistic about this opportunity. I should have listened to the reviews, but now I'm writing one of them instead...! I hope you avoid making my mistake for the sake of your sanity and your long-term career development. RUN.
