You have to be "meeting/ exceeding" company expectations in the review process in order to qualify these perks. They do take care of their employees financially and with incredible health coverage. Management is scattered and disorganized. Expectations are unclear or unrealistic and they can vary from person to person. They are more reactive vs proactive in their approach to operations and data driven decision making. Management has been seen making the numbers work vs being honest in order to promote growth and change. Very little room for career advancement if you are not hired as a manager. Managers get promoted quickly and often as the turnover in management is incredibly high.
